Self-Reflection
For the entirety of this semester of learning about rigging and modelling I have learned a lot more and gained a lot more knowledge on the topics of creating a rig for a model.
The "Jerry" model rig task as well as the "Organic Alien" modelling task were rather smooth sailing, I did run into a few hiccups during the process of the "organic alien" modelling task but it was minor problems such as not being able to use the "edge loop" tool correctly or having 2 vertices on top of each other both of which were easily resolved.
The one that gave me most problems as was not as smooth sailing as the other tasks was choosing my own character out of the characters given to create a rig, as I moved onto choosing my own character model for the task, I did run into a lot of problems from minor ones such as forgetting certain joints to major ones such as the moment the "IK handle" was placed on the leg, it would rotate incorrectly. I am honestly grateful that I encountered as many problems as I faced during the whole process because it then means if I make the same mistake or similar mistakes in the future I would be able to overcome them and possibly do the whole rigging process a lot faster.
