Everyone's style of walking is different as everyone is unique whether they notice it or not.

Model's Walk

History of The Fashion Show

Cat walking originally began in the gilded ballrooms of Paris circa in 1910, made by the creative freedom of pioneers.

The purpose of the fashion show is to showcase either possible trending outfits of that time compared to now how some fashion shows are to create some what I see as ridiculous outfits that you would wear on a day to day basis, possibly for a rare occasion which most likely is not aimed at people who are middle classed to lower classed citizens but more aimed for the upper class citizens or such people who attend events such as the 'Met Gala' which would usually have a theme for such extravagant outfits.

The first African Fashion Show was in Ukraine in 2017.

Reference

I got footage from my cousin as reference as she is a model in Ghana and her catwalk as well as the other models there show the difference in vibes between catwalks in Africa compared to some European catwalk shows which show that catwalks do not always have to be a boring show which consists of watching models being forced to wear an outfit that a designer made but can also be eventful while the models showcase the different designs.

Laidback Walk

I chose to change what walk cycle I'll animate because I thought the laidback walk shows more personality compared to a model's walk

Reference

My personalised walk was inspired by the anime characters Shikamaru Nara and Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto as they usually have a laidback walk which is quite shown in their personality.
